The VTEEA plans to establish a social and professional networking presence in cyberspace to help our members to build online communities of people who share similar interests and/or activities pertaining to K-12 education, community colleges, universities and careers. These Internet Web-based networks provide a variety of ways for users to interact, such as email and instant messaging services. Social and professional networking has encouraged new ways to communicate and share information. Current plans include establishing focued listserv discussion groups and a presence through Web portals on the social and professional networks below.
