If the study of technology is to be effective, the time in the school
day devoted to technology, as well as the instructional materials,
facilities, equipment, and other parts of the school's technology
program, must be appropriate and current. In particular, instructional
materials and support documents should be reflective of the Standards
for Technological Literacy.
